Born and raised in Columbus, Georgia, I've recently embarked on an exciting new chapter by relocating to Atlanta with my two favorite companions – my boyfriend and our adorable dog, Elvis. Despite my Georgia roots, I'm a passionate Auburn fan (War Eagle!) who can be found cheering loudly during game days.
Atlanta has become the perfect backdrop for launching my online coaching company, where I help clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals. My boyfriend, a dedicated fitness enthusiast, has been my rock throughout this entrepreneurial journey – we constantly push each other to stay accountable and reach new heights in our health journeys.
When I'm not coaching clients or competing in Hyrox events (my newest athletic passion!), you'll likely find us exploring Atlanta's beautiful outdoor spaces with Elvis in tow. I also love unwinding by baking delicious treats and playing piano, balancing my active lifestyle with these creative outlets.
My move to Atlanta represents my commitment to personal growth and professional development, but my Columbus roots and Auburn spirit remain essential parts of who I am.

The frequency of your workouts depends on your fitness goals and current fitness level. We recommend at least 3 workouts per week for optimal results.
Yes, all of our personal trainers are certified by nationally recognized organizations such as NASM and ACE. They have the knowledge and expertise to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Unlike a gym we don't lock you in with lengthy commitments. Our minimum term is 1 month. Special pricing available for commitments over 3 months.
